Grailfinder (2004-2007)
The Grailfinder is a cavity detector combining geo-electric and electromagnetic pulse methods. It allows to localize cavities, tunnels and caves in the underground.
All of our metal detectors and geophysical detecting instruments are part of the FS – Future Series, a line of our latest technology to detect buried objects and underground structures. A detailed analysis of the measured results is possible through our 3D software Visualizer 3D.
Grailfinder combines geo-electric and electromagnetic pulse methods and, hence, the functionalities of Rover C and Cavefinder in order to find objects and cavities below the surface.
Grailfinder functions
- Magnetometer
- Graphical ground scans (manual/automatic)
- Automatic cavity measurement with easy “Yes/No” evaluation
- Graphical control output to a computer
The Grailfinder includes a magnetometer to locate ferromagnetic metals like iron, nickel and cobalt which are situated close to the surface. With the standard probe or the optionally available Super Sensor, graphical measurements can be made and evaluated and analysed via Visualizer 3D software.
Measurement data evaluation
Thanks to the integrated microprocessor technology, ground balance, depth measurement and data storage will be performed automatically by the device. The evaluation of the measured data takes place at the computer, where the scanned area can be analyzed in a three-dimensional graphic with the help of the software Standard 3D and Visualizer 3D.
